Elev8 is a mul­ti-ten­ant real-estate project being devel­oped in Down­town Belle­vue, WA. The space will con­sist of four high-rise tow­ers with lux­u­ry res­i­den­tial, retail, and com­mer­cial units. Sirqul was intro­duced as con­sul­tants to provide designs and con­cepts where tech­nol­o­gy can be used to enhance the expe­ri­ence for ten­ants and res­i­dents of the Elev8 com­mu­ni­ty.

Our Task:

Sirqul pro­vid­ed Plus Invest­ments with con­cepts, designs, and con­sul­ta­tion for the Elev8 com­mu­ni­ty. The­se con­cepts and designs ranged from smart park­ing solu­tions, smart pack­age solu­tions, indoor and out­door secu­ri­ty and sur­veil­lance solu­tions, smart home liv­ing solu­tions, and much more.
